The TW-3 quickens installation and removal of QCC-1 cylinder valves from DOT containers. The wrench works on all style 1 (QCC-1) valves.

A bleed orifice safety feature will indicate any pressure remaining in the cylinder before removing the valve by simply opening the valve slightly prior to loosening.
